Material Description:
Our 6x6mm diametric cylinders are engineered for specialized mechanical and electronic applications. Because the poles are on the sides, these magnets will naturally "roll" to align with a magnetic field, making them perfect for magnetic couplings, rotary encoders, and high-torque micro-motors. The N52 grade provides a much stronger magnetic flux than standard N35 or N42 alternatives.
Design Tip: Diametric cylinders are unique. If you try to stack these flat-face to flat-face, they will resist and try to flip to their sides. This makes them ideal for self-aligning joints and "tumbling" magnetic displays.
