Material Description:

Our 5x25mm diametric cylinders are precision-engineered for rotational applications. Because the magnetic field runs across the diameter, these rods act as an "axle" that can trigger sensors or interact with other magnets along their entire 25mm length. They are the strongest magnets available for this slim, elongated footprint.

Tech Tip: Diametric rods behave very differently than axial ones. If placed on a flat surface near another magnet, they will roll to align their poles. This makes them ideal for custom motors, magnetic couplings, and high-sensitivity reed switches.
