Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Eligibility To begin the enrollment process, you will submit an affiliate application. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. To be eligible, your website or social media presence must be active and not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Commissions and Referral Fees
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on the net sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Cookie Duration: Our program utilizes a 30-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within this timeframe, the sale will be attributed to you.
3. Payment Options & Thresholds We offer several ways to receive your earnings. Commissions will be paid once the following minimums are met:
PayPal: $25.00
Bank Account (Zelle only): $50.00
Physical Check: $100.00 Payments are processed monthly. If your balance is below your selected method's threshold, it will roll over to the following month.
4. Prohibited Marketing Practices
Paid Search: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on "JC-Magnetics" or variations of our brand name in search engine advertisements (PPC).
Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or posting links in an intrusive manner is strictly forbidden.
Self-Referrals: Commissions are not paid on personal purchases made through your own affiliate link.
5. Order Fulfillment and Returns JC-Magnetics is solely responsible for processing every order. If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if charges are reversed due to dispute or fraud, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.
6. Termination Either party has the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, only balances that have met the applicable payment threshold will be paid out.
7. Limitation of Liability JC-Magnetics will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
