Material Description:
Neodymium magnets are made from a powerful rare earth metal (element 60 on the periodic table). These 1/4" discs are incredibly versatile, offering strong holding power in a very low-profile form factor. They are commonly used where space is limited but a secure hold is required.
Note: Because these magnets are very thin, they are extremely fragile. Always slide them apart rather than pulling them directly to avoid snapping and cracking.
Warnings and Safety Information:
- Extreme Choking Hazard. These are very small; keep away from children and pets. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
- Handle with care. Use a sliding motion to separate these thin discs to prevent breakage.
- Electronics. Keep away from sensitive electronic devices and magnetic storage media.
- Not a toy. For professional, industrial, and hobbyist use.
Applications:
- Warhammer and tabletop gaming miniatures
- Greeting cards and magnetic closures
- Small-scale scientific experiments
- Jewelry clasps and delicate DIY crafts
- Sensor triggers and small electronics
