Neodymium Disc Magnets — N52 & N55 Round Rare Earth Magnets

JC Magnetics offers a comprehensive selection of neodymium disc magnets in premium N52 and N55 grades, spanning diameters from under 5mm to over 60mm and thicknesses from ultra-thin 0.5mm wafers to robust 10mm cylinders. N52 is the most widely used high-performance commercial grade, while N55 — the highest sintered neodymium grade currently in production — delivers up to 15% more pull force at equivalent dimensions, ideal for space-constrained applications where every unit of magnetic performance counts. Each disc magnet is manufactured from sintered NdFeB alloy and finished with triple-layer nickel-copper-nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating for corrosion resistance and long service life. Round disc magnets are widely used in sensor assemblies, DC motors, magnetic closure systems, reed switch activation, electronic component mounting, and precision instrumentation.
