Countersunk Neodymium Magnets — Screw-Mount Rare Earth Disc Magnets
Countersunk neodymium magnets feature a precision-machined conical recess on one face, allowing a flat-head or pan-head screw to sit flush with the magnet surface. This mounting configuration eliminates the need for adhesives, making countersunk magnets the preferred solution for cabinet door closures, display and exhibit mounting, furniture hardware, tool rack systems, jig and fixture construction, and any application requiring a mechanically secure, removable magnetic mount. JC Magnetics offers single-countersunk variants in N52 grade across a range of diameters. Pull-force ratings are measured axially and assume contact with a flat mild-steel surface. Stainless steel screws are recommended when corrosion resistance is required.
