We accept returns on all products in original and resalable condition within 15 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please email us at orders@jc-magnetics.com before returning any products. Refund processing can take 3-4 days from receipt of the return, as all products are inspected for damage or use.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear. Custom magnets are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.

Transfer of Risk: All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Confirmed Delivery & Theft: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier tracking system, JC-Magnetics is not responsible for any theft, "porch piracy," or loss that occurs at the delivery site. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery location.
Claims: If your package is lost in transit (before being marked delivered), please contact us to assist with a carrier claim. If a package is stolen after delivery, please contact your local law enforcement and the carrier's postal inspection service to file a theft report.
